Mobile App FAQs
You can download the “Club One Vegas” mobile app from the App Store for iPhone or the Google Play Store for Android devices.
The mobile app can be accessed from United States and Canada. Please e-mail [email protected] for any questions related to access.
To create an online account, visit the Club One homepage at www.clubone.vegas. Click "Sign In" or "Create Account" to begin. Click “Sign up now” and follow the instructions. Once your account is confirmed you can link your Club One player card through the mobile app on your handheld device to view available offers.
(Steps above must be complete prior to viewing online account details)
To view your available Club One offers, log into the mobile app click the “hamburger icon” on top right, follow to “player account” available offers, slot points and comp dollars will be located on this page. Please note: Tier credits are not viewable through the Club One mobile app. This can be viewed online through the same log in details at www.clubone.vegas
To reset your password on the Club One Vegas mobile app, open the app and click the hamburger icon in the top right corner, then select “Sign In.” From there, click “Forgot your password?” and enter the verified email address associated with your account. A verification code will be sent to that email. Check your inbox for the code, then return to the app and enter the code in the Forgot Password section to continue with resetting your password.
To update your account, visit www.clubone.vegas, scroll to the middle of the homepage, and click on "Update Member Information." If you have an online account “Sign in” and click “Edit” at the bottom of your profile. You can also update your information by visiting the Club One desk during your next visit.
To update your password on the Club One Vegas mobile app, open the app and click the hamburger icon in the top right corner follow to “profile” update your password is located in the middle of the page.
Yes, you can book your next stay at Circa Resort & Casino, the D Las Vegas, and Golden Gate Hotel & Casino through the Club One mobile app.
(Club One card numbers cannot be applied through the Club One mobile app during room bookings. Call 833-247-2258 directly to add your Club One card number.)
